characteristics of heart disease

Heart disease is a disease caused by a narrowing of blood vessels. These blood vessels served as the supplier of oxygen to tissues in the heart. Narrowing of blood vessels can occur because of a heap or pile of fat in the blood vessel walls, so that could disrupt the delivery of oxygen to the heart.

When the heart deprived of oxygen, the result would be fatal. You can suddenly died.

Factors Affecting

Factors that influence the occurrence of constriction of blood vessels are as follows.

1. Lifestyle

Habit of eating fast food which usually contain high sodium (salty foods) can increase blood cholesterol and blood pressure. Plus, if you rarely eat fruits or lazy. So, will cause the body lacks the necessary vitamins and minerals heart. Therefore, fix your lifestyle. Go back to the way natural. Expand to consume vegetables and fruit.

Stress is also a factor. Demands of life today is very heavy. Work pressure or emotional stressful and busy work caused us to move or exercise less. Get used to exercise at least 2 times a week for the body to have a good metabolism.

2. Cigarette Addiction

You could say cigarettes are one source of the deadly disease. It is clearly written warning, even in a cigarette pack itself, "Smoking can cause cancer, heart problems, impotence, pregnancy and fetal disorders." Of these warnings, smoking is not beneficial to the body. In fact, hurting the body itself. So, better not be consumed.

3. Often Activity Weight

Symptoms of Heart Disease

1. Your heart beats very fast and irregular.

Maybe you think, that heart disease is just an old man. However, now anyone can be infected. Especially for people with unhealthy lifestyles, not managing stress well, not eating nutritious foods and beverages, and lack of exercise. So, forbid heart disease while young.
